EVOK has secure racks in a modern data center in Lausanne. This is one of the only 3 datacenters in Switzerland to be TIER IV certified. This level of reliability and availability is the highest that can be offered. It is ideally located outside risk areas, it is audited ISAE 3402 Type 2 and FINMA Circ. 2018/3 Data center operations are primarily based on ISO 20000 / ITIL standards.

The site environment presents a particularly low risk profile, whether civil, natural, industrial, transport or electromagnetic risks. The presence of an adjacent electrical substation secures the energy supply, including 100% renewable energy.

DATACENTER BUILT IN 2010

EVOK has its own secure room (dedicated and physically delimited area) in a datacenter in the Friborg region. This datacenter is TIER III certified.

The site environment presents a particularly low risk profile, whether civil, natural, industrial, transport or electromagnetic risks. The presence of a nearby hydroelectric dam secures the energy supply of 100% green electricity and ISO 14064 certified.

As soon as the outside temperature is below 15 ° C, the Data Center is exclusively cooled by outside air (Free Cooling). This technology, also described as passive cooling, results in significant energy savings. In addition, these infrastructures make it possible to heat and supply the production of hot water to nearby commercial buildings by using the heat released by the installations and thus save up to 100,000 liters of fuel oil per year.

EVOK has secure racks in a data center in the Friborg region. We use this third TIER III certified datacenter in Switzerland to store the backups of our other 2 datacenters in addition to the replications of the citric services.

In the future, we will therefore be able to heat the entire IGZ industrial and commercial center with the heat released by the server installations and save up to 100,000 liters of fuel oil per year.
