2FA Double authentication

2FA (two factor authentication) is a technique that consists of asking the user for two factors to verify his identity and legitimize his access rights when connecting to an account. This device makes it impossible to usurp an identity.

Reinforced workstation security

The EVOK VPN-SSL solution controls the enhanced security of workstations. Through validation of the following: anti-virus version and update, personal firewall activation, OS versions and patch levels and browser types, according to EVOK’s recommended security policy.

Company security policy

Guarantees access to company data, according to the defined policy as well as through the centralized Microsoft Active Directory.

Automatic client update

Software updates are performed automatically. As soon as EVOK validates a new Pulse client, the software components are updated and pushed to the client during the next connection.

The project was the implementation and deployment in SaaS mode of an IT solution integrating business management (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) functionalities targeting Pamisa's business sector and its specific requirements. Certified partner of Selectline® , Swiss leader in management software, EVOK analyzed Pamisa's needs and configured a modular and extensible application to wish, offering all the tools necessary for the complete management of a modern business. EVOK also performed the corporate data migration and guided Pamisa in the transition to the service software. A service provider, EVOK advised and trained its client intensively in a few days in the administration and remote access use of his personalized application.
