NETTIME : PREPAID INTERVENTION SERVICE CREDIT

Management by professionals, at the customer’s request or following an alert from our monitoring system
Our IT specialists support you in your operational tasks and in assisting your users. With EVOK NetTime (Prepaid Service Credit), you get the services you need according to your consumption: 1st or 2nd level support.

Our NetTime packs (Prepaid Service Credit) are suitable for computer networks of between 3 and 50 workstations. NetTime support credits are valid for 24 months.
As an option, we recommend that you opt for our infrastructure monitoring service and our backup verification service to ensure that your backup system is working as expected.

For NetTime packs, the SLA included is the Basic level, which offers next-business-day intervention for urgent cases. For customers requiring shorter SLAs, our NetPro and NetGlobal maintenance packages are recommended.
As an EVOK NetTime customer, you have access to our Helpdesk service. Our qualified team guarantees availability during working hours, and can offer additional support for on-site interventions if required, for example with level 2 support by a specialist technician.

Total flexibility: avoid fixed costs, opt for support adapted to your use, in line with the needs you have for your IT environment. You'll be informed of your NetTime account balance every quarter or at the end of the calendar year, and at renewal time. When your prepaid support pack runs out, we offer you a renewal for a new Pack.

Important to know: When the pack expires (after 24 months), any unused amounts do not expire but are credited to the next period, provided you subscribe to a new NetTime Pack. The NetTime Pack amount may be adjusted at each renewal.
Support by phone or email Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 12 pm and 1:30pm to 6pm.

Customer Request verification :
Application of the necessary patches on MS Windows services
Validating and enforcing security updates

Control of scheduled tasks and automatic restart
Adaptation or configuration upon customer request
Requests for services submitted by the Client and accepted by the Agent shall be charged at the standard rate, unless otherwise agreed between the Agent and the Client in accordance with the hourly rates in force on EVOK’s website.

Interventions or support requests (helpdesk) during office hours, services and travel expenses are invoiced according to the following table:

Remote support intervention with a minimum of 15 minutes invoicing time
On-site intervention: minimum charge of 1 hour excluding travel expenses
Senior technician intervention (ERP, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, firewall) minimum 4 hours billing excluding travel expenses
Flat-rate travel expenses according to current rates

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

EVOK is committed to respecting the performance measures of support services corresponding to the objectives planned with the client. In case of breach of penalties are agreed.
