Web interface login

Image 1: Welcome e-mail
In order to log on to the web interface, you should have received a welcome email in your mailbox.
This contains various important information:
- Your extension number
- The PIN associated with your extension number
- Console URL to access WEB interface
Here, what we're mainly interested in is the URL of the web page.
You'll find it in the paragraph"Your connection to the web client" (framed in red on the screenshot, image 1).
This URL usually ends with ".3cx.ch/webclient".

Image 2: Connection options
You will then arrive on the login page above (image 2), with 2 login options available.
Choose the appropriate method according to your company's configuration, Microsoft 365 or 3CX account.
For Microsoft 365, the access will be your email address with a different password.
For 3CX, the access is your extension number (code to reach you internally in the company) and the associated PIN or password.
Download and configure the 3CX application
As shown in image 3 below, you can access the various installation files at the bottom left of the web application (red arrow).

Image 3: Access to applications
Configuring the application on a phone
Here you'll find options for Android and IOS (image 4). If you click on it, you'll get a QR-Code display (as per image 5).

Once you've retrieved the QR-Code, you can scan it from the 3CX application on your phone.
To do so, access the "Accounts" option, then "Add an account".
Configuring the application on your computer
To install the application on a computer, click on "Windows Application" (image 6).
Then click on "Install" to install the software if it hasn't already been installed. Once the software is installed, or if it is already installed, click on "Download". This will download a configuration file.
You can run the file (double-click on it) and 3CX will be automatically configured with your account on the computer.
