Protect and effectively secure your Microsoft Exchange email servers or emails hosted in Office 365 with our anti-virus and anti-spam solution. Our EVOK Mail Security solution hosted in our data centers in Switzerland filters incoming and outgoing messages to drastically reduce the number of unsolicited emails and remove messages containing viruses before they reach your mailbox. Messages & attachments are subjected to multi-level anti-virus and spam filtering based on advanced algorithms, which are also used in combination with subscriptions to blacklist providers.

Filter outgoing emails
The filter will not immediately delete emails marked as spam, but rather store them in a quarantine zone. Users can access the quarantined messages through their web browser. Users can then create rules for moving or deleting the messages themselves.

    Challenges
    The project was the implementation and deployment in SaaS mode of an IT solution integrating business management (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) functionalities targeting Pamisa's business sector and its specific requirements. Certified partner of Selectline® , Swiss leader in management software, EVOK analyzed Pamisa's needs and configured a modular and extensible application to wish, offering all the tools necessary for the complete management of a modern business. EVOK also performed the corporate data migration and guided Pamisa in the transition to the service software. A service provider, EVOK advised and trained its client intensively in a few days in the administration and remote access use of his personalized application.
